I needed a super fast turnaround on some changes to my revision to permit drawings. I had hired a separate designer/draftsperson to complete my home drawings some time ago - who unfortunately is nowhere to be found now that I need to get over the finish line. In a panic I started searching for someone who could revise my drawings on short notice. I found Robert who was willing to help. Within a day he made the revisions and I was able to submit those changes to the city. Robert was extremely responsive, friendly and able to get the job done quickly. What an amazing gentleman. I will be sure to use him in the future and can't recommend him enough.

My existing garage door bit the dust ... and with the cold weather coming, we needed a new one installed ASAP. Chris and his team responded quickly (they were on site to provide a quote within hours), came in with excellent pricing, and did an impeccable install job. It's obvious that Chris is someone who loves his work, won't satisfy for anything but a perfect install, and knows all the intricacies and permutations available in his industry. We hired Bob (Guild Painters) to completely repaint the exterior of our home based on his reputation as someone with excellent attention to detail and the ability to assist with colour selection. This included all doors (including a large garage door), windows and various railings. He was also tasked with repairing/replacing all caulking (an extremely large task on its own considering the original caulking was over 20 years old and done with haste). Bob completed all the work on his own. His work was impeccable and completed on time and on budget. On top of his great work - Bob’s colour selection was incredible to say the least, and included him creating large custom colour samples (about 3’x3’ on drywall) that we could place against the exterior of the home (as opposed to a tiny manufacturer colour sample book). The attention our home has been getting from our neighbours is a testament to his work. All that being said, Bob is a great guy who you would be pleased to have as a friend. We recommend with without reservation.
