Excellent company. Left everything neat and tidy. Came when scheduled. My only 'complaint' would be that they are not great with their communications (a little slow to hear from them). We also had them grind the trunk, etc. and that went very well also. I would recommend them to anyone.
Friendly and competent service provided by Reliance's technician Mr. Brennon (or Drennon: team member 112549). Called to let us know when he would be arriving, and he arrived when he said he would. Identified and addressed the problem quickly and explained everything he did to us. Pointed out some other potential issues for us to keep an eye on - proactive. When we complemented him on his approach and demeanour, he was quite modest and told us that's how all the team works. THAT'S service. Really, quite impressive!
