17 year shingles have disintegrated. Lost several shingles in the windstorm of Dec '21. Sent request through their website. Got response within a couple hours. Brad came by the next morning. Explained everything in detail. Crew was on my roof tarping as requested that afternoon before the snow fell that night. Very grateful. Hoping to see them in the spring for full replacement.
