We've had 2 small children and a nanny in our house for the past year and the carpet in the basement (play room) had turned in to a disaster. Called Steven at Reliable Carpet and he came by. Very flexible with timing, easy methods of payment, a pleasure to talk to and most importantly, the carpet looks brand new as do the stairs leading to the basement. Did not know it would turn out so great and was really happy with how fast it was. I would recommend Steven at Reliable to my friends and family. P.
