We were regretfully introduced to this company through a contractor we hired for home renovations. We agreed to full house painting and the painting of some cupboard doors. The team at Reliable Painting took our cupboard doors on March 2021 and ended up returning them on November 2021 broken and with parts missing. During these 9 months we called, texted and followed up constantly only to be ignored while they refused to return our property. We were left to pay out of pocket for the damaged doors. They initially promised to compensate us but proceeded to ignore us for months until finally we accepted the fact we are left with broken doors and will never receive any compensation. The house painting was also left incomplete as they missed spots around the house, left very noticeable streaks and left paint stains all over the hardwood floors. When we addressed this, they told us to clean it ourselves. Initially they promised to return and finish the job but never did. Week after week they made different excuses and again started ignoring calls and messages. We are left to deal with the mess and try to finish a job that they were paid to complete. Please read any 5 star reviews you see with caution as the company asked us to tell our friends and family to leave fake positive reviews despite never having met them or completing any work for them.
