DO NOT USE EXPRESS REPAIR!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! NO EXPLANATION!! LEFT ME WITH A BILL AND A BROKEN APPLIANCE!!! I had a horrendous experience with express repair. What started off good quickly turned bad and I am left with a fridge that doesn't work and a nearly $300 bill without warranty. The service man, although nice, charged me 3x for a part that I later realized I could have gotten on amazon. Did not tell me that there would be no warranty for a part, "fixed" my fridge that started smoking an hour after he left and then came back to tell me that there is nothing that he could do. When I called for a refund the woman I dealt with said she could only give me partial in "good faith" and that a no warranty or refund was there policy and on my statement. HOWEVER this was not explained to me until after I paid... yeah really convenient. As a customer service based business I am shocked that I can't get a full refund. DO NOT USE THEM. They did not explain anything properly, and charged me at least 3x what they should have. HORRIBLE, AWEFUL, TERRIBLE SERVICE, TERRIBLE POLICY Left me with a broken fridge, a $300 dollar bill, and now I have to spend even more money to get a new fridge. DONT EVER USE THIS SERVICE
