Called SJS for a repair to a water line that began leaking in an overhead area in between the floor joists directly adjacent a 2x12 header. I initially tried to repair it but overhead work is really tough to do these days. Called Joe and viola, done.

Eavestrough, Soffit and Fascia Repair
Great service at a fair price. We had half our trough and fascia fall off after the weight of a wet snow fall and having contracted Maxima Aluminum previously for an unrelated small repair, called them this time. Their response to my problem was fast, courteous and professional. Got a quote within 24 hours and had materials ordered without delay. Work started as promised and was completed beautifully. I will be using Maxima for other work on the house and I do recommend them.
I used Maxima to complete this relativity small job because they actually did come by and climb up to have a close look at the problem. In this case, paperboard fascia had become water saturated and caused eaves to come away from the house. Photos that they took confirmed my suspicion that the problem was not a simple fix and that R&R was needed. Other company's that veiwed from the ground (2 1/2 storey) simply stated that it could be "nailed" back in place and problem solved. Not the case, water saturated paper board is a significant problem and removal/replacement is the only long term solution. Cost wise, Maxima was the same as other quotes, I am satisfied with their work and will be calling them back for the next renovation. In this case, Gennadiy and the crew will be renovating our siding.
