Hired Amica to replace 3 large windows. Response to initial request was very fast, and during the quote visit the rep provided info on the different ways to replace these windows. No pressure sales, and someone quite passionate about their company! Communication during the time from accepting the quote to installation was superb, including a much appreciated text the morning of the install, providing the exact time the installers would arrive. The installers were professional - ensuring flooring was well protected, cleaning up all materials once the windows were completed, and the overall job was Very well done.
