We called Silverback Electric to help solve our outdoor electrical problem - the outlets had stopped working and none of the breakers had been tripped. Aaron came the same day, was upfront with costs, walked me through the issues and process, quickly identified and fixed the issue, and provided additional quotes for some other projects.

Kirby and Jordi were very helpful in completing our gutter cleaning and repair. Our gutters had not been cleaned for quite some time and we had a number of repairs needed on corner seams. Jordi sealed these, and installed a new down pipe where water was collecting. He was on time, did great work, listened to our concerns, and offered to help with any issues if we had any.

Jason came in to service our older forced air furnace and clean out our "mickey mouse" patchwork of ducts, both of which had not been cleaned in quite some time. Jason was friendly, articulated the process clearly, and answered all our questions. He even added additional access vents free of charge due to the odd set-up of our ductwork. We would not hesitate to call Jason if we required any further answers or services.

The technician, Michael, was able to come within an hour of my panicked Thanksgiving weekend Friday evening phone call to help us with the back-up sewer lines that were causing water to fill the basement bathroom's tub. Michael was professional, helpful, and friendly as he took his time answering our questions and completing the job. I was worried that the cost would include a premium for the urgent request made on the holiday weekend, but it was the same price they would normally charge and very reasonable for the work/service they provide! I would definitely use this company in the future, as well as recommend them to any friends + family :)
