The engineers are experienced and friendly
We were having a longer cold water sandwich effect from our Noritz tankless water heater. Central Commercial and Residential sent two engineers to our house in Port Coquitlam. They found out that the thermostat was malfunctioning. They reset and reprogrammed it. And the longer cold water supply spell was stopped. They are highly recommended.
