From our first conversation with Tony, we were treated extremely well. All of our questions were answered and suggestions were offered. Aki came out to measure each window and was very thorough. He was prepared with samples, ideas and answered all of our questions. Nick, our installer, could not have been better prepared and worked steadily getting each blind installed perfectly. Tony provided us with contact info for any future needs. We are very happy customers.
