The whole experience was positive. It was easy to access the showroom. Tony was kind and helpful from showing the product to scheduling installation that worked with my schedule. He took time to explain the process and product. The installer was efficient and quickly removed the former blinds and installed the new ones. This was a great experience from beginning to completion.

We needed blinds for our new home on most of the windows. We contacted BlindSet Window Decor Inc., among other suppliers. Tony came out to measure and talk through the options and he was a pleasure to work with. Pricing was competitive with the others and delivery times were also good. We ordered all the blinds and the installation a few weeks later was neat and efficient. We have been very happy with the work that BlindSet Window Decor Inc. has done and we did order another blind for a room that we originally were going to skip. I can definitely recommend them and would use them again in the future if needed.

Our experience with Tony and his wonderful team was over the top. From Aki answering my call to have someone come out to see what we needed. They were efficient in setting up our appointment and Tony, the owner. He came out himself to show us what our selections would be appropriate for the application we needed to make it work perfectly. Kind and courteous are the words to describe Tony. The installer Nick was wonderful too.. I can't say enough about BlindSet Window Decor Inc.. We will use them again in the future and recommend them to our friends.

They were nothing short of amazing! Always available and responsive when I needed to. Tony, Aki and Nick are an AWESOME TEAM! The initial reason why I chose them was because they were willing to give me a rough estimate with the measurements my husband took, even though Tony was clear about not being able to give us a specific number before measuring the windows himself. They were punctual with the appointments and their price is really fair for the quality of their product and service. The final price was in the range he had given us and that made it easier to be prepared for the expense considering we have 21 windows. We first got blinds only for the windows and they look so good, fit and work perfectly, so later I contacted them a second time to add treatments on our back door and sliding door and they delivered the same level of reliability and competence as the first time. My husband and I could not be more pleased!

From our first conversation with Tony, we were treated extremely well. All of our questions were answered and suggestions were offered. Aki came out to measure each window and was very thorough. He was prepared with samples, ideas and answered all of our questions. Nick, our installer, could not have been better prepared and worked steadily getting each blind installed perfectly. The folks at BlindSet Window Decor Inc. are professionals with a heart. Tony patiently showed me all the options in the showroom, and Aki worked with me in my home to find window options that would fit my budget but give me room darkening where I needed it, and nice blinds everywhere else. He even worked out for me to have a fancy remote shade for my sliding door where everyone will enjoy it! Even the installer was efficient, knowledgeable, and had a lifetime of experience. Everything from beginning to end was handled beautifully. In the showroom we were given several options to choose from. We were thoroughly educated on the differences/benefits of each to enable us to make the most informed/best decision for our home. Tony came to our home for measurements; and to show us samples of the products. He was very knowledgeable, professional and helpful in providing suggestions. The products were ordered and we received a pleasant surprise of being able to have them installed sooner than anticipated. This was a project I somewhat dreaded. Each step of the (brief) journey was made painless and pleasant by each person involved. It was much easier than I ever dreamed it could be.
