We moved into a new home last summer and knew that the windows had been replaced prior to the sale. Everything seemed OK, until late in November when we noticed the top bedrooms' windows became drafty and cold when it was windy outside. When Jason from Galaxy Windows came out for an inspection he explained that there was something missing in the glass and these windows were just a quick fix in order to sell the house. He explained to us how much difference there was between the existing windows and what his company supplied and we decided to try and replace a few of them first. We switched to the "crank" type and right after the installation was finished, noticed that there was absolutely no air getting through. The installers were very professional and covered the floor around the house. In less than a day everything was done. Jason stopped by during the installation to make sure we didn't have any concerns. The windows are by far the most gorgeous we've seen and they open very easily and smoothly. We are very fortunate that we heard of Galaxy just in time and will replace some more windows this fall. Thanks, guys!
