From the time I picked up the phone to call moldservices to the final recommendations, after inspections & removal, the process has been, in a word - EXCELLENT. After speaking to Kay, Ross was over within a couple of hours to inspect our prolonged mold issues around window & ceiling of our Bathroom. The mold was removed quickly with recommendations on how to ensure it does not return due to condensation and mildew.
