we had no hot water. I phoned and was routed through a call centre in Manila. Spoke with a very friendly, efficient woman who arranged a service call for early the next day which was a Sunday. The serviceman, Darren, phoned at 8:15 AM and arrived within 10 minutes. He was friendly, diagnosed the problem quickly, replaced the ignitor and was finished within 15 minutes. Now working fine. Very satisfied. To your website people, Thunder Bay is two words not one.
