Shaun was efficient, thorough and took the time to explain everything to me with great patience. He was very kind and fixed my leaky backwash pipe even though it wasnt scheduled. Thank you Shaun you are an amazing technician and your excellent customer service was greatly appreciated. Also, I would like to thank Stephane and his team in the opening of my pool. They were very efficient and it was done so quickly. Awesome job. Thank you again to this wonderful team.
