I contacted Adrian through Homestars and he contacted me within a few hours. He asked me several questions over the phone regarding the problem with my Samsung dryer and had a very good idea what the problem was. He showed up the next morning as promised on time and he was correct on his diagnosis over the phone. One of the roller bearing was gone and within an hour replaced with a new roller bearing and cleaned out any built up lint in the dryer. He was extremely knowledgeable and honest and will definitely call him again if I have an appliance issue. Thank you TEK Appliance Repair.
