Throughout covid issues, staffing shortages and weather events Nicole kept me well informed about the status of my project and the anticipated date of service delivery. I have never felt so "part of a team" in any home repair project. Unlike some other companies I have hired, In Awe Roofing has a solid committment to customer care...and after the roof was done, they followed up to insure everything was to my satisfaction.
