We had to deal with this company two times in the last month and they are the most unprofessional company Ive ever had to deal with. The technician John was rude and dismissive and refused to listen to the issues we had with our couch. He refused to examine it and instead took photos at a distance and said thats all his job is. I explained that photos cant show the issues with the couch and he should examine it closely. He refused. When I called their customer service rep and spoke with a woman Lisa she was also rude and dismissive. I explained my issues and told her that Im not sure why John came in so angry. She hung up the phone and has since refused to pick up. She said she was a supervisor and another customer service rep said that she really wasnt. Im not sure what type of training goes on over there but I would advice anyone to avoid these people.
