Installers took time to explain the process and the warranty (not to break or remove the white plastic tips that extend out a bit from the wall. They cleaned so there was no mess for me to clean up after them. The lifetime transferrable guarantee is wonderful. The company has been in force since 2004 and is a BBB member with no complaints. It has been recently sold to new owners so lets hope they continue the great service.
