Okay, so we have no heat and it's a little chilly here today...My husband calls Reliance and they say that no one is available until tomorrow morning. Are they crazy? First of all, its cold...secondly, are they going to pay for our pipes if they burst. My husband asked them if we hired someone to come and take care of the furnace if they would reimburse us since our furnace is only 2 years old and under warranty....Funny, no return call yet.....
