I called Max in the morning and explained that my furnace had not been serviced in a few years, was running fine but that I would like a cleaning/inspection. I also wanted his consult on installing a humidifier on the furnace as the house gets really dry in winter. He said he could be there between 2 and 3 pm and he was. After looking at the furnace he said he could do all and asked if I'd like it today. I said great- thinking it would be a a few days for any parts or the humidifier. Max said he'd be back at 5 pm and came back with all parts needed. He worked for a couple of hours and finished by 7pm. The price was what he quoted, said the furnace was fine and just needed a cleaning and showed me how to work the humidifier. Max was professional, prompt, cleaned-up, friendly and seemed to really enjoy what he was doing. I have a new HVAC person who I highly recommend. Thanks Max!

Well it seems I fell for the same bait and switch that others have written about. A very polite repairman came, diagnosed the problem and was here in total 34 minutes ( I timed). No parts and the bill was over $300. I have to say it is fixed now but can't say I'll look to them first next time something goes wrong. Don't believe the $80 service call that appears on the website. I know for next time. I think the ratings in the 6 range that I see are right on for this company. It is fixed but their practice cannot be described as up-front and ethical in any way.

Ramiro did our shower and did such a great job we had him do the double stone bathroom vanity as well. He acid washed it, polished and sealed so it looks new. Ramiro talked me through what to look for when buying or renovating a bathroom- such as no to stone tiles but yes to porcelain. I learned a great deal and he took the time to answer my questions. He is a craftsman who is really proud of his work. Ramiro said the best part of his job is the look on the customer's face when he "reveals" the finished work.

Ramiro was great. Our stone shower was from a new build and about 10 years old of which we've been here 6 years. It was looking bad and we thought we might have to redo the entire shower. He took his time explained what he was going to do and was here almost 8 hours. Ramiro also explained how to keep the shower looking restored, which products to use and is someone we will use from now on for sure.
