House needed a touch up after replacing windows and fascia boards. Was really worn around garage & door and at the vinyl trim. Araz gave a reasonable quote and did not try to upsell just helping to target the necessary work. He came out twice ahead of the job to ensure it got done right. They were quick to get it done in between the rain, on a Sunday no less.
I replaced my washroom fans from the existing and found they were both venting directly into the attic - explains the moisture issues on the upper level. Josh was responsive, quick and professional. He hard piped, insulated and did the roof penetrations, capping for the 2 fans. He did more, above and beyond: he found a couple issues with the plumbing vent stacks and the range vent and addressed them. I'll need a roof replacement soon and he'll be at the top of this list.
