New concrete steps, each step was a different height and they all sloped downwards so much that it felt as though your foot wold slip off the step. Not sealed at the corners so grass started to come through. Hole left at the other side of that same step. Parging looked like icicles with glops hanging down from step above. Said they would remove part of wood on top at landing and they would take the new concrete up to meet the path to make it a clean landing - didnt bother doing that, just left it. Were to remove the old wooden steps and take dispose of them, didnt do that as they thought I wanted them,. Called them numerous times but they wont answer any of my calls. Terrible, terrible job for a huge amount of money.
