We had all 9 windows on the first and second floors replaced by ecoChoice. The initial consultation with Allan went really well - he explained everything in a professional manner, listened to and answered all my questions patiently. We went through several window design changes prior to installation, and they were accommodated without hesitation. The installation, too, went smoothly - the installers Dmitry and Alex came on time, were courteous, heeded to my feedback, did their job in a fast and professional manner, cleaned after the work had been finished.
