Agreed to a new furnace and air conditioner. They did arrive and started on furnace. Had to return to fix small items. Constant water leak. I ended up repairing and supplying parts. Gas valve at the furnace was left on with gas filling the room. I closed valve and notified their service that the gas line was not connected to the furnace. They said they would be out next day. Arrived a week later. No heat for a week. Have not received a copy of commissioning sheet, gas pressure test, permit number, safty number
