My story is not a good one. I called Friday night and reported my rental Hot water tank is leaking. The call center took all the information and a Tech showed up Saturday. He noticed the tank was leaking and asked me why did his office send him when a leaking tank needs to be replaced. His report only stated that there was no hot water not a leaking tank. You can guess what my answer was. He told me he will call this in and somebody will be contacting me to set an appointment for replacement. Saturday and Sunday past with no call. I called back myself and made the appointment. You can also guess what I think of this service level. I rent the tank so i don't have to worry about replacement or service. Its only a phone call away. I found out its a phone and three days away! The Replacement Tech was the most helpful out of this experience. He did a great job.
