Our furnace stopped working at 10:00 pm on a Friday night. We called for service as we rent our equipment and were told there were no parts after the tech came just before 5:00 pm on Saturday. After several calls to Reliance and asking for a supervisor, we finally received some satisfaction and our furnace was finally fixed on Sunday at noon. 36 hours without heat was not our idea of good service! If Reliance is going to rent equipment, there should be parts readily available for immediate repair.
