It's with great pleasure that I had the opportunity to experience dealing with Reliance Home Comfort. The person I cam in contact with was a lady welcomed me into to the office even though it was 15 minutes after closing time. Then the sales person explained everything that I need to know. The company adviser came to my hour at 7:30 pm on a Saturday night and do all the measuring while explaining everything, this was done beyond his regular daily schedule. The installers removed the old furnace, and installed the new one. From start to finish they were very professional. They even washed the floor when they were done!
