Kris was very professional and a pleasure to deal with. He took in consideration our well being on the purchase of our new home in Innisfil. He did a great job inspecting the house and providing detailed information as I walked through the house with him. All the information was captured in a detailed report with supporting pictures. This Contractor (Tim) will take your deposit and you will never here from him again. You will be constantly chasing him to Honor his contract or trying to get your deposit back. We ordered a garage door in Feb 2022, and have been chasing him ever since. He will give keeping giving you different dates, we are now at lucky number 7 as of Sept 29th. He never shows up or calls. Ive had to revert to emails as his voicemail is always full. The only time he will eventually respond via email is with another date. Weve already asked him 4 times to return our deposit. He already breached our contract at the end of May. He has already done this to countless others. We will be lodging a complaint with the BBB and seeking legal advise to take him to small claims court to return our deposit.
