Very professional inspection company. Clear style of communication and easy to get along with. Points out all conceivable hazards of the home, along with potential remedies. Offers realistic expectations regarding the state of the house, to give buyers peace of mind. Package was offered in an interactive electronic format, along with a pdf option if preferred. Highly recommend!

Kris is absolutely very professional.
We needed Kris to confirm installation was correctly installed by the builder. He gave a detailed and well received inspection of our home. He was patient and made sure we understood all aspects of what he was doing.
I will be recommending him and if needed and will be the one to return to whenever the service is needed.
Kris is the gold standard by which all other inspectors will be judged
