Everyone with whom I spoke, from the representative who recorded my information to the representative who discussed the project and provided the quote to the workers who completed the project, is down to earth, forthcoming and transparent, receptive and responsive, and simply gives off a good vibe. Siding removal is not Turnbull's area of expertise, but it accepted the project and completed it to my satisfaction; give or take a few remaining nails in the brick and some wooden strapping that I'll chop up and dispose of in the spring. While I am satisfied with the tuck pointing, I am particularly pleased with the repair and replacement of bricks. Sills were re-made, damaged bricks were replaced or repaired, and the colour match is perfect. Although not originally discussed, the workers opted to parge one side of my home, and it looks great! I only wish that the other side had been completed as well. Overall, I am satisfied with the work that has been completed and would work with Turnbull again.
