He was very thorough in knowing what we wanted done and why and was very clear in his recommending and explaining the services he offered. He did not try to upsell us. When we decided to proceed, Robert showed up promptly to take the samples, having a look at all the areas we wanted tested and explaining the lab process. We contacted CPR24 Restoration to deal with a mold issue on the exterior basement wall and the basement bathroom ceiling of our semi-detached house. Chris responded immediately and came by the next day to assess the situation, listen to what we wanted done and give us a quote. His quote was competitive and his plan was comprehensive on how to address the situation. He accommodated our schedule and when his team arrived on the day they set to work. They worked hard and continuously to remove all the affected drywall, sanitized the area, cleaned the air and set up dehumidifiers to remove the moisture. They came back and took steps to make sure the mold does not come back. All in all it was an excellent experience. Thanks to Chris, Matt and the guys for a job well done.
