Stay away from this company. I called them about my humidifier that had overflowed. Marco installed a regulator, that he said would solve the issue. I paid him partly in cash and partly by personal cheque. Three weeks later, the unit overflowed again and caused a flood. I texted and called for him to come and take a look. His exact words in his texts were "I don't know maybe replace the whole thing...or porta le humidifier". I don't even know what that means. I then asked him to either come or return my money. No response. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I had posted a very negative review, reflecting significant delay and poor communication on the part of the contractor and subcontractor. The contract involved mould remediation, a full basement renovation and replacement of two sets of sliding doors and windows on the main level. As mentioned, there was significant delay and part of the project was not completed for over a year. However, eventually the work was fully completed, with all concerns addressed and the quality of the work was very good. We have used the company and the subcontractor on another project and are also quite satisfied.
