I found 123 on this site. Communication along the way from pre-sale to post-work was very good. Since I need two days of work, late in November, to get the work completed, it was tough to find good weather days. I had all the plywood replaced. The project got bumped a few times (weather) but Joe was in touch almost daily. Post project 123 shared photes of the before and after which was appreciated. Overall, positive experience.

I chose this mover because after selling my house he mailed me a flier. Old school, small business hustle. I liked that. We exchanged a few emails, I sent Brent a list of my stuff, and his three guys showed up on time on moving day. They wrapped and carried my things and did a fine job bringing everything into the new place as well. Paid the balance by e-transfer when they left. I recommend!

Bryce was terrific. He took his time, explained things, spent additional time talking to me on the phone and delivered a very detailed report with lots of photos. It is a bit overwhelming to learn about all the bad things about the house you are about to buy, but I am glad I have his report and will work my way through the repairs one at a time. I highly recommend Rankin Inspection.
