I have a maintenance contract with Reliance. I called Sunday morning and they said they couldn't send anyone until Monday. I said this was not good enough I needed someone on Sunday and talked to a supervisor. Still no help. Woke up Monday and the house was 13 degrees. Barry Greer arrived and soon fixed the problem. He replaced a sensor switch and I was back in business. He was great and explained what he was doing. My question is why have a maintenance contract if they can't respond when needed? They need more people on call on weekends. I know it costs them more on weekends but that was when I needed them. Barry rated a 10 Reliance a 2.
