I bought hardwood,birch..i was told later,based on their recommendation it's good wood.and i can't go wrong,inspite of much probing before buying.lots of assurances, till they sell.... and then..don't care..I then found Lot of dents and bad wood from day one,after spending $1200 on installation..Made many calls,to resolve.no response and then sent a inside guy to inspect and the RESPONSE:go to court,we don't care....Don't ever buy from them.No ethics or Morals.Even the store manager,is rude.They take your money and don't care.Bad Store and bad people.
