installation went fine. Servicing is a total different story. That is due to the people coordinating and managing this. Lack of response and understanding of what needs to be done. Complete ignorance and alouf attitude with patronizing approach.
Ehab is a rare individual in this business - he takes the time to listen, analyze and suggest ideas that could be implemented to my satisfaction. Easy to work with, his team was respectful and corteous. The project took a little longer than anticipated but which project doesn't? In the final, I am quite pleased with the result, it was a stressful period (living thru the project execution) but Ehab made it easier for us. I would highly recommend him and his team. They will go the extra mile to make your experience and end result a success.

I used Brock D&W twice this year. The installers did a great job, very professional and accomodating. They will listen and want the customer to be satisfied with the work before they leave. Not as satisfied with their sales rep (a little patronizing and late to respond).
