We had a strange situation with volatile organic compounds (VOCs), and some of them seemed to be related to CFCs/freon. Could there be a leak in our air conditioning system that was making the house unsafe? We called Nick and his team through a referral. They showed up promptly and Nick led me through the house, explaining potential issues and fixing things as he went. It ended up that the HVAC system wasn't leaking. Along the way, I learned a ton while Nick and his team fixed some minor issues. The confidence of getting a definitive answer (and kicking the tires on our system to make sure that it was up to code) was a relief. I'd happily hire Nick and his team any time. In fact, we've been looking at a new and different property, so there's a good chance we'll be calling him soon.
