When our A/C failed permanently during a recent heat wave, Nick was quick to respond and provide a competitive quote. Despite a busy schedule, he managed to squeeze us in very quickly and installed a new Mitsubishi system. Nick is very knowledgeable and patiently answered all our questions. He was careful to protect floors/carpets within our home and left no debris outside. Highly recommend.

We had a 12K BTU Mitsubishi ductless mini-split air conditioner installed on the third floor of our detached home. The outside unit was installed, at our request, on our 3rd floor sundeck. The installation was perfect. Our installation included a cover on the exterior wall, over the tubes and wires that connect the inside and outside units, which improves the look of the installation. The outside unit is amazingly quiet (as well as the inside unit). Would highly recommend ICS for an AC mini-split installation.

While looking for a sir sourced heat pump, I received estimates from 5 other companies. Some were obviously trying to unload ASHP -without considering the size needed for our home. All of our communication leading up to the install was timely, and Nick and Abe showed up on time and ready to go on the morning of the install date. Nick and Abe were very respectful and clean as they moved through the house to complete their work, and the work area was left cleaner than they found it, very much appreciated. After the install Nick provided a very detailed explanation of how the unit worked and left me feeling very confident that I absolutely made the right decision to go with ICS. ICS is a incredible company to deal with when considering installation of a heat pump. Nick did a wonderful job of walking me through the process and answering all of my questions about the various systems and government rebates. He even went above and beyond and answered my email in great detail while he was away on vacation. Never would expect it from an employee but it made quite the impression.

The day of the installation Nick and his crew were very professional and worked collaboratively to minimize any impacts on my home. They gave me all the options for running cable and we settled on the least intrusive option that made sense for my situation.
