We had a great experience with HTR Basements overall: from the initial meetings with them. We appreciated their advice of using an architect before giving an estimate, it permitted us to get more clarity on the scope of the project and avoid surprises. We created a brand-new bathroom, renovated the living room and master bedroom, and refinished the basement, among other things. They understood our vision and provided great guidance and pieces of advice at every stage of the basements. They went above and beyond to deliver the project on time, always willing to try atypical ideas and find solutions when needed.
