Ali responded to my HomeStars request super fast and scheduled a visit to understand the situation right away. He tested various potential reasons, identified the issue (same 1 phase was coming to dryer outlet instead of 2 phases), and fixed it promptly. He stayed until we tested and verified as well. Can't recommend him enough.

We were really pleased with the end results (they included before/after pictures for comparison). They came on time and managed to work with our furnace which was in a very cramped space in the mechanical room. Special thanks to Laksan and Youssef for being thorough and careful. Also, the AirForce company accommodated our schedule and allowed us to change the cleaning date last minute.
