I have an older garage door, and some of the bolts and hinges broke, and the door stopped working. I was worried I would have to replace the entire door. I read good reviews on this site and decided to call Chris. He responded very quickly and was available the next morning. He fixed the broken parts and tightened all other screws and generally tuned up the door. He did not try to upsell me on anything, and even provided a 1 year warranty on his work. I was very impressed and will use him again.
