The warrantee means nothing. Check Google reviews one star to see why. You can expect this companys counter tops to chip. Its expected wear and tear according to Caesarstone Canada and a reason for warranted refusal. Well I didnt pay thousand of dollars to have chips in my countertop! If I had known that Chips are an expected marketing feature, I would have gone with a different company. Countertops installed March 2021, 2 chips repaired, one is really noticeable, several small chips around under mount sink counter. My daughter has Silestone countertop since 2017, not one chip!
