You can expect this companys counter tops to chip. Its expected wear and tear according to Caesarstone Canada and a reason for warranted refusal. Well I didnt pay thousand of dollars to have chips in my countertop! If I had known that Chips are an expected marketing feature, I would have gone with a different company.
Countertops installed March 2021, 2 chips repaired, one is really noticeable, several small chips around under mount sink counter.
My daughter has Silestone countertop since 2017, not one chip!
