Using HomeStars, I chose this company to repair my dishwasher based on rating and opened the quote to other vendors. Within a minute I got both a returned message and a phone call from Maydone explaining the assessment quote. I accepted the quote and he said they could have someone there THAT day. They were punctual and quick to determine the problem with the door closure. Instead of leaving me stranded, they made bandaid repairs to let me use the dishwasher. They gave me a quote on the installation of the new part and credited me with the initial visit cost. They had the part in a couple of days and arranged to install it the next day. Again they were punctual. FANTASTIC!
