I had a roof leak and had a lot of water come into my walls. It turns out the leak may have been going on for some time, unnoticed. Once discovered I was concerned about mold behind the walls so I called Ross. He arrived the same day and was very easy to get along with. He is very professional and knows what he is talking about. After doing some non-intrusive testing he let me know that there wasn't anything I should worry about. Humidity levels in the wall were normal and there was no signs of mold. He also inspected my basement and cold cellar as part of the review and gave me a few pointers of things that I could do to reduce the chance of mold growth. Ross also recommended a roofer to me to fix my roof, who was also amazing and great to work with. At the discovery of the leak it kept me up all night, but after speaking with Ross and his associates it put my mind to ease.
