New kitchen and outside faucets
Gilles and Gail came to install a couple of faucets at our home. This was after contacting 7 other handy men/ plumbers who did not even bother to return my messages. Gilles and Gail arrived when they said they would, they treated our home with respect and were very friendly and informative. The kitchen faucet I bought was defective, so I had to go to exchange it. G&G waited until I returned with the new faucet - but to our surprise, that one was also defective. Instead of calling it a day, G&G stayed with us ( they even came with us to pick up another replacement faucet) and finally got the new faucet installed. In spite of the problems with the first two faucets, we were very impressed with G&Gs determination (and their patience) to stay with us until the job was done. I think G&G are a real find - and we will not hesitate to hire them again, or recommend them to any of our friends.

Thank you Barry, we believe in making sure all is right before leaving a job, waiting is part of that. Thank you for your patience while we tried to assemble all these defective faucets.
