I tried to snake the drain for two days. It was a very stubborn blockage. Jackie was professional, respectful and persistent. He managed to get the drain clear after working tirelessly for 2.5 hours. He also replaced a faulty hot water valve and a cracked p trap after my attempts. He had the knowledge and the right tools. My family was relieved to have the kitchen back in operation.
