Sam is amazing, knowledgable, capable, friendly and goes the extra mile. Our 18 year old fireplace had gone years without servicing and it worked beautifully and looked like new by the time Sam was finished. The service was prompt. I was contacted after I submitted a request via Toronto Comfort Zone's website. Sam was flexible (coming within a desired timeframe) and worked efficiently.
